About Krugersdorp Game Reserve
Krugersdorp Game Reserve is a small reserve on the western edge of Johannesburg, inside Gauteng, a place for a morning drive rather than a safari: white rhino, giraffe, zebra, eland and a fenced lion camp, with chalets and camping for a night out of the city. It sits on the edge of the Cradle of Humankind, so it combines with the caves and the Magaliesberg. It is malaria-free and forty minutes from Sandton, and its value is exactly that closeness.
