Waterberg Plateau Park is a stunning national park in central Namibia, 68 km east of Otjiwarongo. At its heart the Waterberg Plateau rises high above the Kalahari plains of eastern Namibia. Declared a nature reserve in 1972 for its ecological diversity and richness, the park boasts over 200 bird species and rare antelope on the lower hills of the mountain. Operated by Namibia Wildlife Resorts. Rates are bed & breakfast, quoted per person sharing in the source tariff.
