About Explorer Tent
Four stylishly appointed African explorer tents nestle in the shade of a Knobthorn cluster, each sleeping two in twin beds with white percale linen and soft bamboo throws, cooled by overhead fans. The screened en-suite bathroom has a toilet, brass shower and basin with hot running water; gowns, slippers and an in-room safe are provided, and gauze flaps protect every opening. Each tent has a private deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the Timbetene Plain. The all-inclusive rate covers all meals, water, soft drinks, beers and house wines, two daily guided walks and sleep-outs; minimum two-night stay; no triples (a third guest takes their own tent). Single supplement 30%.
