The owner's penthouse takes the top two floors, with its own private entrance. Two of its three bedrooms are sea-facing and all three are en-suite, with a fourth guest bathroom off the entrance hall. There is a library, a formal dining and sitting area, an informal lounge, a full kitchen with a butler's pantry and a dedicated work-from-home space. Outside, a private terrace with a plunge pool, outdoor dining and a gas braai looks out over the Atlantic with Table Mountain behind. 437 square metres. Two rooms convert to twin on request; the master stays a king. Breakfast is included.
