Mwembezi Gorge Bush Camp

Mwembezi Gorge Bush Camp is a self-catering bush camp featuring four ensuite canvas tents overlooking the Mwembezi River in Majete Wildlife Reserve. Located 15 minutes from Thawale Lodge and the main gate, this eco-conscious camp maintains a low-impact footprint. The central lounge and dining area provide a welcoming space, while the well-equipped kitchen allows for self-catering convenience with gas fridge, two-plate gas cooker, cutlery and crockery. Evenings are spent around the outdoor firepit under starlit skies. Limited electricity for essentials only. Not suitable for children under 12 years due to predator-dense environment. Minimum 4 guests per booking.
