Entamanu Ngorongoro

Entamanu (meaning ‘circle’ in Maa) is the only place in the world where you can enjoy views into both the Crater and the Serengeti. Offering an unspoilt, unparalleled experience of the Crater, and the land and culture that surrounds it. It is a place to escape to, from which to learn and understand where the Crater fits as part of the wider environment. Prepare for a hot high-altitude sun, chilly nights, and a wind which can be strong (warm clothes are a must year round!). This is the wild side of the Crater where the exclusivity and views are unsurpassed.

The camp has 7 standard cottages and 3 two bedroom cottages. Activities on offer include Crater View Picnic Lunch, Ngorongoro Crater game drives, Crater viewpoint walk: 2-3 hours / 3-4kms, Maasai Boma walk: 2-3 hours / 4-6kms, Crater Rim walk: 3-5 hours / 6-8kms, Sundowners on top of the world, Maasai interactions, Maasai dancing, Maasai Orpul, Olduvai Museum and Shifting Sands, KopeLion evening talk and Tanzanian Children's Fund (TCF) visit. Rates are quoted per person per night sharing on the Nomad Game Package, which includes a private guide and vehicle for game drives, all meals, house drinks and camp activities on a shared basis.
