This modern, luxury, upstairs apartment consists of a lounge, separated from the bedroom and en-suite bathroom by a modern kitchen. When you enter, the double volume lounge area is spacious with the wooden beams complementing a slate floor, large wooden windows with complementing venetian blinds offer stunning views of the beautiful garden and pool. The lounge has top class comfortable leather seating area with a flat screen TV (we offer a welcoming sherry), this opens up to a large kitchen counter with all necessary utensils and crockery. The bedroom features large wooden window with magnificent views from the bedroom over the delta to Rosebank in the distance. There is flexibility in that we can offer either two ¾ beds or a Super King with warm duvets and top class linen. Both options have electric blankets and throws for the winter chill plus there is a wall heater in the bedroom and a fan for summer for your comfort. A hairdryer is available on request
