For over a decade, Streetscapes (NPO) has helped hundreds of people leave the streets of Cape Town for good. Yet the challenge remains: high unemployment and a shortage of affordable housing, which means homelessness continues to grow.
We don't believe in handouts — we believe in solutions. We provide safe housing, psychosocial and medical support, referrals to essential services, skills development, and real jobs in our urban gardens, eco-laundromat, outreach teams, and more.
We meet our clients where they are in their journey, walking alongside them with compassion, empathy, and hope — providing a hand up, not a handout — as they build the skills, confidence, and stability needed to move towards independent and fulfilling lives.
