A contemporary conversion of a cow barn standing on the dam wall, for two. One king bedroom with an en-suite oval bath and shower, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with an indoor braai opening onto a sheltered patio, plus an outdoor shower and outdoor braai with wood provided. Joined to the cottage by an outdoor reading nook is a dedicated office with a stunning view over the farm dam, making it equally suited to a couples' escape or a writer's retreat. Unlimited wifi, DSTV, Bluetooth speakers, a safe, dressing gowns and an inverter with batteries. A kayak is available and the dam offers swimming and fishing; massages can be booked in the cottage or at the dam. Please note the cottage takes no children, as the dam is unfenced, and no pets.
