Mdluli Safari Lodge sits inside the south-western region of the Kruger National Park, between Numbi Gate and Pretoriuskop Rest Camp, accessible via a private road near Numbi (the closest gate to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport). The lodge is a sustainable tourism initiative and a proud partnership with the local Mdluli community, who receive direct and indirect socio-economic benefits.
The property comprises 50 double en-suite luxury tented safari suites, each with a private patio facing the bush, indoor and outdoor showers, and full air-conditioning. Guest facilities include an infinity pool overlooking the park, a spacious bar and lounge above the watering hole, a separate boma area for group dining, conference facilities for up to 20, complimentary Wi-Fi and disabled-guest facilities. Game drives are led by experienced rangers; daily breakfast and dinner are included in all rates with an à la carte lunch menu available.

What's included in the rates?
Rates are per person per night and include 15% VAT, accommodation, and meals according to the chosen meal plan: DBB (dinner, bed & breakfast), Half Board (DBB + 1 half-day game drive per night), or Full Board (all meals + 2 half-day game drives per night). Wi-Fi, the infinity pool, and bar & lounge access are also included.
What's NOT included in the rates?
Rates exclude the mandatory Kruger NP conservation fee (per person per day, unless you have a SANParks Wild Card), a Community Levy of R56 per person per day, an Anti-poaching Levy of R55 per person per day (both subject to change), all beverages, and items of a personal nature.
What's the child policy?
Children under 6 stay and eat for free; if joining a game drive, the child rate is R900. Children 7 to 12 pay 50% of the adult sharing rate when sharing with two full-paying adults. Children over 12 pay the adult rate.
What's the cancellation policy?
60+ days prior to arrival: 25% penalty. 15-29 days prior: 80%. 1-14 days prior: 100%. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation.
